Exploring Downtown Halifax
Have you made time to stroll along the Halifax waterfront recently? Even with all the recent changes over the past couple of years, it’s still one of my favourite places to adventure since I moved to Halifax in 2001.
When I first moved here, I went to Saint Mary’s University, making the waterfront the first place I would hang out, but either way, it always brings a smile to my face whenever I go.
One of the reasons I love it so much is that there is just so much to do, no matter your age or family arrangement. From tasty snacks, full-service restaurants, beer gardens, live entertainment, accommodations and shopping—the waterfront has it for you. And with Halifax re-opening, they’re pulling out all the stops to entertain.
No matter if I’m on the waterfront by myself, with my family of 3 or with friends I always find something to do. Here’s some things we have done so far this summer 🙂
